My name is Kaitlyn Whittinghill and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Yoga Instructor and I am passionate about health and wellness.
I enjoy using a holistic approach to address clients' current concerns and goals in treatment. In doing so, I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as grief and loss.
My training and areas of specialty include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Bereavement and the use of Yoga to address current symptoms. I am whole-person focused and believe utilizing these skills helps to increase mind-body connection, as well as decrease unwanted symptoms.
